KONA recherche un(e) Assistant(e) Administratif(ve)
Poste basé à Monaco, Kona recherche une personne maitrisant parfaitement l’anglais (idéalement langue natale) et parlant le français et l’allemand. L’offre d’emploi est en conséquence en anglais et les postulants doivent proposer leur candidature en joignant des documents habituels dans cette langue.
This position supports the sales team, a high energy dynamic team at Kona Europe. The sales team is looking for an organized, independently motivated, resourceful individual.
Key Qualifications
- Typically requires 2+ years experience preferably in the sports industry
- Native English speaker with fluent French and German. Other language is a plus
- Qualified candidates must have the ability to maintain consistent attention to detail, be able to prioritize and independently manage their time
- Candidates should possess strong communication skills In excel, word, outlook, powerpoint.
Kona is looking for a team player, with a friendly can-do attitude.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound phone calls from customers and work to resolve their queries in real time
- Follow up customers orders and organise shipments
- Invoicing and general administration
- Working closely with finance and sales team to provide reports and follow up customer payments
- Liaison between warranty service and clients.
