For the office in Basel, Switzerland, Cycling Sports Group Europe (a division of Cannondale Sports Unlimited) is looking for an Administrative Marketing Assistant.
Contract for unlimited period to start at the 1st of April 2014.
Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing Operations you will support the Basel office in general and the marketing team specifically in a broad variety of tasks.
You will act as first point of contact for our Basel office handling day to day administrative tasks, working with local suppliers, organizing local meetings and events and serving as the primary receptionist.
Besides these tasks you will support the operational marketing team on various subjects including :
- Assisting in the creation of presentations, collateral content and promotion materials
- Handling European distribution of marketing materials
- The coordination of consumer communication
- Translation handling
- Sample order-handling and maintenance
- Event & tradeshow planning and coordination
- General handling of all main marketing-project and activation calendars.
Exceptional organizational & communication capabilities, great attention to detail and strong Microsoft office skills. Fluency in at least German and English are a must. Fluent Spanish and knowledge of SAP preferred.
